Scoping and analysis
Bring a problem, not a specification. In a short, paid engagement with a fixed fee agreed upfront, we look at your data, systems, and the way your team works, and write up where AI will pay off first, what we would build, how, and what it would cost. The write-up is yours whether or not we go on to build it.

Four-week pilot
One use case on your data, at the fixed price set in the scope. You get a working system and a written report of what it got right, what it got wrong, and what running it would take.

Custom small model
Send labelled examples; receive a compact model that runs on CPU, on your own servers, with an MCP server and an evaluation report. Fixed price per model, quoted from your examples.

We build products in the open, one at a time, and operate them ourselves: gated deploys, nightly backups, and a live check against production every few hours. The code and models below are public, so you can judge the work before you write to us.
ReasonGraph Memory
Structured, graph-based memory for AI agents: facts with provenance, relationships between them, and a history of how they change over time. Every answer shows the facts it used. Operated by PrimAxiom Labs and currently in private beta with a small group of testers.

The memory library behind the hosted service. MIT, on PyPI, usable as an MCP server. Small open models do the extraction; no large model in the write path.
- causal-span-model
Tags cause, effect, and signal spans in text across several languages, with the evaluation scripts published alongside the model.
- tinyintent
Few-shot intent classifier that runs on CPU with no language model in the loop.
- place-extractor-mcp
Extracts cities, countries, regions, and landmarks in 13 languages; shipped as an MCP server on ONNX models.
On our own evaluation set, a small language model answers correctly about three times as often with this memory as without it. The set is ours, so treat the number as a direction, not a guarantee.
