1. Who is responsible
PrimAxiom Holding B.V. (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 42010216), Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, the Netherlands, operates this website and is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Where a group company such as PrimAxiom Labs B.V. (KvK 42010428) processes data for its own products or services, that company will provide its own privacy information.
Questions about this policy can be sent to info@primaxiom.ai.
2. What we collect and why
Correspondence. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to you and, where relevant, to prepare or manage a business relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Job applications. If you send us an open application, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your CV, contact details, links to public work, and your availability. We use it to assess whether you are a fit for a current or future role and to contact you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in staffing future projects (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). See our careers page for what to send.
Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider records standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the site available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Usage statistics. We use a cookieless analytics feature of our hosting provider to count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not give us a profile of individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website has no user accounts and does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts and other assets are served from our own domain rather than requested from third-party font services. If we introduce tools that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
3. How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, as a rule, for up to two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, Dutch tax rules for business records) or a business relationship follows.
Open applications are kept for up to twelve months from receipt so we can contact you when a matching project starts. If you apply for a specific advertised role, we keep your application for four weeks after the process ends, unless you agree to a longer period. You can ask us to delete an application at any time.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention policy and are then deleted or anonymised.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our email: a cloud hosting provider that serves the website through a global content delivery network and provides the usage statistics described above, and a business email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction involving the group.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the data you provided to us in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@primaxiom.ai. We aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
6. Children
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, services, or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page.
