Where things stand
There are no open positions at the moment, and we do not run a rolling recruitment process. Everything we build is operated by a small core team, and we add people deliberately when a venture reaches the point where it needs them.
That said, we regularly hear from people who would like to work with us, and we would rather keep those conversations than lose them. If the description below sounds like you, send an open application and we will keep it on file.
Who we would like to hear from
- Engineers who like owning systems end to end: backend, infrastructure, applied machine learning, or full-stack product work. Public code, a technical write-up, or a project you operated in production tells us more than a list of tools.
- Applied AI and research people who ship: NLP, small and efficient models, agent systems, evaluation, and the unglamorous work of making models reliable.
- Business-side profiles in strategy, operations, growth, or finance who want to work close to product and engineering. These roles are the least frequent for us, so please be specific about what you would bring to an early-stage venture.
We are based in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. Most work is remote-friendly within European time zones, but for early-stage ventures we value being within reach of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
How to send an open application
Email info@primaxiom.ai with the subject line “Open application” and include:
- a short note on what you would like to work on and why PrimAxiom;
- a CV, or a link to your profile, portfolio, or public work;
- your location and earliest availability.
Keep it brief. A focused half page is better than a long letter.
What happens next
Every application is read by a person. Because there is no open role, we will not usually schedule interviews or introductory calls at this stage, and we may not reply to every message. When a project starts that matches your background, we will contact you directly.
We keep open applications for up to twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, or to confirm whether we still have it, by emailing info@primaxiom.ai. How we handle application data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Recruitment agencies
We do not work with recruitment agencies for open applications, and unsolicited candidate profiles sent by agencies will not be considered.
